Careers at Hilltop

A Career means being happy with the way you spend your time, being able to make a contribution to your community and having a decent standard of living.

A Career provides students and families with the skills, encouragement and relationships to get the most out of the world around them.

Students' needs and preferences evolve and change continuously throughout life. At the same time the world around them is continuously evolving and adapting to economic, political and social changes. Career development focuses on enabling students and their families to understand and develop their skills, social network and support systems to manage these challenges, make good decisions about their lives, and maximise their contribution to the communities in which they live and work.

Hilltop is committed to equipping students and families with the skills, knowledge, attitude and relationships to manage their careers within and post Hilltop.
